Production Process & Pipeline - Crimson Ace Prototype

This is Crimson Ace, a wacky shooter with ragdoll physics! I loved working on this project during my last semester of my first year. We went back and forth on different ideas but found that this idea resonated with everyone in the group.

Leadership
I was tasked with leading the group and ensuring that everything stayed on track. This included taking the reins on sprint planning and delegating roles. I found this role a bit more difficult than I originally expected. Due to the nature of this group, some people were more keen to work than others, I had no real fall back for this, and as a result had to redelegate work when some problems were becoming more prevalent or take on the load myself.
Development
My other role was to focus on the player logic, including all of the shooting, abilities, ragdoll effects, vfxs, powerups, etc. I also contributed a lot to the enemy and merchant logic.
